When will I receive my order?

This will depend on the service level selection of your choice during check-out.  

Canada Post Standard Shipping (3 to 10 business days) 

Canada Post Expedited (1 to 7 business days) 

Canada Post Xpresspost (1 to 3 business days)

Canada Post Priority (1 to 3 business days)

The above rates are Canada Post rates.

How do I track my order?

Every order comes with a unique tracking number.  From your shipment confirmation email, simply click on the 'view your order' and this will take you to your tracking number.  

Click on your tracking number (see photo example below) to see your delivery status.

NOTE: Canada Post Standard Shipping does not come with tracking number.

 What's your policy on refunds?

We take pride in our customer experience. If you are not happy with your order, send us an email at: coco@tangcobotanicals.com. Have items shipped back to us within 15 days and we will give you a full refund. You'll only pay for shipping - we will provide shipping details through email.

There is a product missing or damage in my order, what do I do?

Please contact us by email at coco@tangcobotanicals.com for assistance with missing or damaged items. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully replaced or refunded. 

Can I get my order gift-wrapped or add personal message?

YES, YOU CAN! Gift wrapping and personalized messages are value-add service that we offer to our customers.  Simply email us at coco@tangcobotanicals.com with your order number and the message you want us to write on your behalf.

I entered my address wrong, can it be changed?

Yes! Contact us within 24 hours at coco@tangcobotanicals.com and we can change your order once you provide us the correct address.
